Acquisition of the assets of the company Autocaravans Rimor
In association with the Niccolai family, founder of the company Autocaravans Rimor, Trigano has proposed a takeover of the assets of the company, currently in collective insolvency proceedings. At the end of administrative formalities, and subject to the acceptance of the offer by the court of Siena, Trigano would control the company Luano Camp which would operate the brands and the production site of Rimor.
Rimor, located in Poggibonsi (Italy), close to the Italian factories of Trigano, has sold around 1.200 motor caravans in 2013/2014 and anticipates a turnover around € 50M in 2014/2015.
