Finalization of the acquisition of Gaupen Henger
After receiving the approval of the Norwegian competition authority for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Gaupen Henger, the leader in the manufacturing of trailers in Norway, Trigano confirms the finalization of this acquisition.
Gaupen Henger employs 30 people and recorded 93 million Norwegian Crown sales in 2011 (12.5 million Euros). This acquisition, together with that of Lider in France on 6 July 2012, allows Trigano to assert its number 1 position in Europe with sales of 100 million euros and a market share of more than 15%.
